    Hey folks, yeah so this is prob my fav McDonalds restaurant that I am posting from,but today's service from both the staff and manager would not acomadate a request I had been met with from multiple staff and managers prior to this time... The details are as follows:So I have been having issue with my McDonalds app, and most of the time it was from their Firewall Wifi at their restaurant,this time however was because of my bank account not having funds on it. I had ten dollars in hand and they Still did not honor the promotion on the phone that I handled to them... Just days ago I had other staff and managers do the 'promo' code deal, just not this time around. Aside from an angry East Indian lady this time around it was from an African lady with corn-rolls that did not honor the promotion. The same promotion that the previous emplyees honored. Yes the previous employees and managers delt with the same "online order only" promo with a "how about we simply do it this way" and that was hasle free. Not from both Wallmarts last night while posting this, but also from Bowen Roads chain. (Tuesday Jan 22nd. 3:00 pm.) Forgot the time yesterday at Wallmarts McDonalds, but around the same time frame. Again I can't hardly stress that I am a huge fan of this location most of the time; when not receiving cold sausage McMuffins, and then waiting quite awhile to receive just only Fresh ones. Made the girlfriend was made sick afterwards but kept it to herself (as she suffers from a.mental illness that when she speaks her mind gets pretty nasty), we are regular customers here at this location. We spend enough cash or a regular basis... We should be expecting prompt and fresh food. And not to have to be dealing with un-honored promotions that are met with disappointment. Especially when being used to previous honored (mobile only) promotions.... (As an example).
    Hope to continue the good service in the future. Wishing ya the best from your own perspectives,and if I would be so bold : Billy is best manager. (Bro-hoof to you man-ager)
